Privatbank to raise charter fund to UAH 6.8 bln

Privatbank shareholders, at an AGM on April 21, will vote to increase the bank’s charter fund by UAH 1.1 bln to UAH 6.8 bln, the company said yesterday. The bank plans to fulfill the capital injection through reinvestment of dividends and raising the par value of its shares from UAH 134.45 to UAH 161.08 each.
