S&P affirms Ivano-Frankivsk at 'CCC+'

Standard & Poor’s said yesterday that it affirmed the city of Ivano-Frankivsk’s ‘CCC+’ long-term issuer credit and ‘uaBB’ national scale ratings. The outlook on both ratings remains negative. S&P said the affirmation reflects its view of the city’s dependence on the central government.
