Ukrnafta posts 2008 UAS financial results

Ukrnafta (UNAF) announced its 2008 financial accounts according to Ukrainian Accounting Standards on Friday: net income of UAH 1.44 bln, up 16.2% yoy; net revenues of UAH 9.4 bln, up 90.7% yoy; and gross income of UAH 2.7 bln, up 13.4% yoy. In 4Q08, the company’s net loss was UAH 276.9 mln, vs. net income of UAH 479.8 mln in 4Q07; and its net revenues were UAH 1.99 bln, up 86.3% yoy. In 2008, Ukrnafta produced 3.06 mln mt of oil with condensate, down 3.3% yoy; 3.17 bln m2 of gas, down 2.2% yoy; 183.3 ths mt of liquefied gas, down 4.8% yoy.
