Ukrsotsbank March 3 AGM to vote on 19% capital injection

Ukrsotsbank (USCB) shareholders will vote on an 18.7% charter fund increase to UAH 1.27 bln via an additional share issue at their upcoming AGM on March 3, according to the bank. Subscription is slated to run from April 13 to April 24 at UAH 0.1 per share. The proposed subscription price represents a 25% premium to the current market price.
