Amstor posts UAH 616 mln loss in 2008

Ukrainian grocer Amstor reported a net loss of UAH 616 mln in 2008, vs. a profit of UAH 11 mln in 2007. The retailer’s net revenues from sales increased 39.8% yoy to UAH 363 mln, and gross profit by 41.5% yoy to UAH 217 mln.
