S&P puts Ukrainian cities, regions on CreditWatch negative

Standard & Poor’s, with an announcement yesterday, placed several Ukrainian cities and regions on CreditWatch negative: Kyiv (‘B’), Lviv (‘B’), Dnipropetrovsk (‘B’), Ivano-Frankivsk (‘B’), Luhansk (‘B’), Odesa (‘B’), and the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, (‘B’). S&P said the move was related to the Ukraine sovereign downgrade late last week.
