Ukrgazbank to boost charter fund by USD 13 mln

Ukrgazbank (UGZB) plans to have its shareholders vote on a UAH 98 mln (USD 13 mln) charter fund increase to UAH 798 mln (USD 104 mln) at their AGM on March 20. Subscription is scheduled to take place from May 18 to May 22. The bank plans to increase the par value of its shares from UAH 1.00 per share to UAH 1.14 via the issue.
