Stakhaniv Wagon AGM votes to triple charter fund

Stakhaniv Wagon shareholders, at their AGM yesterday, approved a threefold charter fund increase to UAH 237.7 mln (USD 30.9 mln) via an additional share issue, reported Interfax. Subscription will take place in two stages: April 6 to 24, and April 28 to May 6. Proceeds from the share issue will be used to finance working capital.
