TMM boosts sales of residential property 25% yoy in 2008

TMM Real Estate Development (TR61 GR) announced in a press release yesterday that it increased its sales of residential property 25% yoy in terms of square meters in 2008. The company said it sold 36 ths m2 in Kyiv, Kharkiv and Zhytomyr. Fifty-five percent of the sales came in 1H08. TMM said it is currently selling apartments in 13 residential projects. TMM’s presales and sales for 2008 amounted to UAH 388 mln (USD 50 mln), up 53% yoy.
