KDD plans to invest USD 70 mln into projects in 2009

KDD Group (KDDG LN) Vice President Petro Radchuk said today that the company plans to invest about USD 70 mln into the construction of Kyiv PecherSKY residential building and the Sky Towers office complex. Radchuk said that significant work is currently being carried out on KDD’s Kyiv World Trade Center project and it is searching for debt financing to continue construction. KDD’s project portfolio consists of eight projects in Lviv and Kyiv with a total area of about 2.7 mln m2.
