TMM commissions Topaz residential project in Zhytomyr

TMM Real Estate (TR61 GR) put its Topaz residential project into operation in Zhytomyr, the company said in a press release yesterday, following the completion of construction-assembly work. TMM said it had invested UAH 18 mln (about USD 2.3 mln) into the project’s construction. TMM broke ground on the building in Aug. 2006 and completed it in Nov. 2008. The building has 8-10 stories with a total area of 6.8 ths m2 (4.7 ths m2 of residential space). TMM said that it continues to concentrate on projects under construction; as of Jan. 1, 2009, it said it had 10 projects under construction in Kyiv, Kharkiv and Yalta.
