Bank Forum AGM approves 39.4% charter fund increase

Bank Forum (FORM) shareholders formally approved a 39.4% increase to the company’s charter fund to UAH 2.26 bln (USD 293 mln) at their AGM yesterday. The company had planned to bolster the charter fund by 46.3% to UAH 2.37 bln (USD 308 mln), but Forum’s additional share issue was undersubscribed.
