XXI Century releases USD 175 mln Eurobonds guarantor

Yesterday XXI Century (XXIC LN) announced that it released Evropeyska Ploscha LLC from its guarantee obligations of the USD 175 mln guaranteed secured notes maturing in 2010. XXI Century said that the release is connected with the planned disposal of portions of the plot in the Lisnyky suburban residential project near Kyiv that is currently held by the guarantor. The release of Evropeyska Ploscha will be effective of Feb. 12, 2009.
