Ukrproduct plans to buyback 23.4% stake

Ukrproduct (UKR LN) shareholders will consider buying back a 23.4% stake in the company at their meeting on January 29, according to a press release at the London Stock Exchange. Ukrproduct will offer a minimum price of GBP 0.05 and maximum of no higher than 3% of the mean closing price on the preceding five trading days.
