Special Charge for Natural Gas for Chemicals Producers Unchanged for 2008

According to Ukrainian News, the Cabinet reserved a 0.01% special charge over natural gas price it collects from chemicals producers. The rate was reduced from 2% to 0.01% last year. Previously, the Cabinet intended to raise the charge rate to 2%.
