XXI Century Attracts a USD 65 mln Loan

A major Ukrainian real estate developer, XXI Century (XXIC LN: BUY) attracted a USD 65 mln loan from Ukrsibbank and Alfa-Bank. According to the company’s announcement, the funds will be used to finance development of four Kvadrat shopping-centers.
