President proposes to differentiate electricity price for ZALK, Zaporizhya Titanium & Magnesium Plant

According to the daily Kommersant, the president, Victor Yushchenko, filed to the Verkhovna Rada the draft law, which envisages that the electricity price for Zaporizhya Aluminum Mill (ZALK) and Zaporizhya titanium & magnesium plant be based on spot price of aluminum and titanium on external markets. Electricity makes up 45.5% and 30% in the cost of producing aluminum and titanium, respectively.
