Pinchuk Talking Interpipe IPO

In an interview with a local newspaper yesterday, the Head of Interpipe Group and son-in-law of former Ukrainian President Leonid Kuchma, Viktor Pinchuk, said that he expects his company to hold an IPO in 2008-2009 following Ukraine’s accession to the WTO. According to Pinchuk, Interpipe is looking to expand its business activity in abroad. Interpipe, which includes Novomoskovsk Pipe (NVTR: BUY) and Nyzhnoydniprovsky Pipe (NITR: BUY), is Ukraine’s largest pipe maker.
