Supreme Court Rules Regal Petroleum's Production Licenses Valid

Following almost two years of legal battles, Ukraine’s Supreme Court dismissed claims by Chernihivnaftogasgeologia (CNGG) against its parent organization the Ministry of Environmental Protection, in an attempt to have Regal Petroleum’s production licenses withdrawn. The Supreme Court’s decision validates Regal’s 20-year production licenses and the company has promised to release details concerning its plans for its Ukrainian assets in the near future.
