Rada Set To Vote On Final Round Of WTO Laws As Yanukovich Cracks The Whip

The Rada is scheduled to vote on a law concerning scrap metal exports tomorrow, that if passed will mark the end of Ukraine’s quest to put its laws in line with WTO requirements.
