Economy Minister says metallurgy production on rebound in December

Ukraine’s Economy Minister Bogdan Danylyshyn said earlier this week that production in the metallurgy sector is rebounding so far this month. Through the first eight days of December, Danylyshyn said the daily output of pig iron in Ukraine was up 20% to 50.9 ths mt, steel by 18% to 62.8 ths mt, and rolled steel by 29% to 64.9 ths mt.
