KDD Group shareholders give go ahead to share buyback

At their AGM on December 5, KDD Group (KDDG LN) shareholders voted to proceed with the planned share buyback program. The company will repurchase shares over an 18 month period (December 5, 2008 to June 4, 2010) at EUR 0.01 to GBP 2.00 per share. For more details, please see our flash note of November 26.
