Privat acquires ANP filling station network for USD 1.0-1.5 mln

Privat Group, one of the largest business groups in Ukraine, has agreed to acquire Alfanaftoprodukt’s (ANP brand) network of filling stations for USD 1.0-1.5 mln, according to industry sources, Concorde Capital has learned. With ANP’s 460 filling stations and the 1,100 Privat already controls (via Ukrnafta (UNAF), Avias, and other affiliated chains), Privat Group would hold over 25% of filling stations in Ukraine (total ~6,100).
