XXI Century To Construct Logistics Center in Simferopol

According to Interfax, XXI Century (XXIC LN: N/R) will construct a 100 ths m2 logistics center in Simferopol, the seventh logistics development in its project portfolio. The company acquired a 100% stake in the project. Groundbreaking is scheduled for 1Q09 with completion of construction works slated for 2H10.
