Official UAH/USD exchange rate tied to interbank rate

According to a regulation passed by the National Bank of Ukraine, the official UAH/USD exchange rate will be tied to the interbank rate beginning November 28. The official rate will be set for a given date at the interbank rate at close of the preceding working day.
