Net FDI in Ukraine Reaches 5.24 bln in 9M07

Net FDI in Ukraine in 9M07 reached USD 5.24 bln, up 70.5% yoy, according to the State Statistics Committee. Total FDI since 1991 is USD 26.86 bln (USD 567 per capita). The most significant influx in investments went into FMCG, chemicals and iron & steel. The leading investors were Germany, Cyprus, Netherlands, Austria and USA.
