Centrenergo releases 9M08 results

Centrenergo (CEEN) released its 9M08 financial results: net revenue amounted to USD 691 mln (+59% yoy); EBITDA was USD 38 mln (-16% yoy); and net income came to USD 18.6 mln (+76% yoy). Alexander Paraschiy: Centrenergo decreased its profitability in line with other Ukrainian thermal generation companies. The increase in its bottom line is only the result of a one-off increase in deferred tax liability.
