Nikopol Ferroalloy approves USD 23.6 mln dividend payout

At their AGM on October 8, Nikopol Ferroalloy (NFER: HOLD) shareholders decided to make a USD 23.6 mln dividend payout, 95% of the company’s accumulated net income for 2001-2007. DPS is USD 0.02, dividend yield is 1.9%. Dividends will be paid from October 15, 2008 to October 15, 2009.
