Zaporizhya Aluminum EGM Fails Due to Lack of Quorum

Zaporizhya Aluminum (ZALK: N/R) shareholders failed to hold an EGM on Oct. 1 due to lack of quorum, Interfax said, citing a company press release. The main items on the agenda were changes in internal regulations and documents. The company’s release announced that Zaporizhya Aluminum is in the final stage of making structural changes in line with the standards of Russian Aluminum (RusAl), its major shareholder.
