TMM starts construction of fourth stage of Sonyachna Brama complex

TMM Real Estate Development (TR61 GR: BUY) announced yesterday it started construction on the fourth stage of its Sonyachna Brama business-class residential-office complex in Kyiv. The total area of the complex is 234 ths m2. Completion of the first, second, third and fourth stages of construction are planned for 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012 respectively.
