Interpipe to Retain Ownership of Nikopol Ferroalloy?

A Kyiv court on Sept. 22 ruled that the company Pridnyeprovya (an Interpipe company) was the legitimate owner of a disputed 50%+1 stake in Nikopol Ferroalloy (NFER: Susp). Previously higher courts ruled the stake belonged to the state, but those rulings have not been implemented. Eugene Cherviachenko: We believe the NFER saga is not over yet, as it is likely the State Property Fund will appeal this latest ruling.
