Fitch upgrades outlook on DTEK’s ratings to positive

Fitch Ratings announced yesterday it affirmed the Donbas Fuel & Energy Company (DTEK) long-term issuer default rating (IDR) at B+, short-term IDR at B and national long-term rating at AA-(ukr), and assigned a positive outlook to the ratings.
