Luganskteplovoz Remains Eligible For Privatization.

Yesterday the Rada rejected a bill that would have included Luganskteplovoz (LTPL) on the list of companies not eligible for privatization. SPF head Valyntina Semenyuk has been pushing for a ban of the company?s privatization, while the company?s management is hoping for a Russian strategic investor to come out of the shadows.
