Cadogan’s Pirkovske license hearing: court requests additional documents

According to Cadogan Petroleum (CAD LN: N/R), in a statement earlier today, at a hearing regarding the company’s Pirkovske licence, Kharkiv Appellate Administrative Court requested unspecified additional documents, at Cadogan’s request, from Nadra of Ukraine, Poltavaneftegazgeologiya (a subsidiary of Nadra of Ukraine) and the Ministry of Environmental Protection of Ukraine before continuing consideration of the case. The next hearing was scheduled for September 22, 2008. The hearing into Cadogan’s other license, Zagoryanske, is scheduled for today, September 18, 2008.
