MHP announces 1H08 unaudited IFRS results

According to Mironivskiy Hliboproduct’s (MHPC LI: N/R) unaudited IFRS statement, its revenue increased 125% yoy to USD 206 mln in 1H08; EBITDA rose 158% yoy to USD 101 mln and net income soared 441% yoy to USD 111 mln. Previously the company announced its pre-close trading update for 1H08: the company’s sales of chicken meat increased by 50% yoy to 110 ths mt; average chicken meat prices for 1H08 picked up by 58% to 11.75 UAH (USD 2.4)/kg (excluding VAT).
