Kyiv to select lead managers for upcoming USD 206.2 mln loan

At its tender, scheduled for September 22, the Kyiv City State Administration will select banks to lead manage a debt facility of UAH 1 bln (USD 206.2 mln) that it plans to attract by the end of 2008. The Kyiv City Administration previously announced similar tenders twice, but they failed to take place due to lack of participants.
