Cardinal Resources in Sale Talks

Cardinal Resources (CDL LN: N/R) issued a statement this week that in accordance with Rule 2.10 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers, it is in talks with parties that are interested (directly or indirectly) in 1% or more of the company. The offer has not been named. Cardinal has 114,554,108 ordinary shares of 20 pence each in issue.
