Yushchenko Orders Coal Mines To Prepare For Privatization.

Yushchenko set the privatization of coal mines as the primary goal for the newly elected Minister of Coal Industry, Viktor Topolov. Yushchenko said that Topolov has a year to solve a problem which could not be solved over the last 14 years.
