Shareholders in Rivneenergo (ROEN: HOLD) voted to increase the company?s charter fund by 2.4% (2 mln of shares, or USD 0.1 mln) at the latest AGM. Concorde Capital: Rivneenergo was privatized in 2001 by the AES Corporation (USA), and companies affiliated with AES control 75% of the obloenergo. An additional share issue is one of way to raise money for the company?s reconstruction plan.
