Kharkiv Court allows Cadogan to appeal Zagoryanske license ruling

21 August 2008

The Kharkiv Appellate Administrative Court ruled in favor of Cadogan Petroleum (CAD LN: N/R) yesterday, allowing it to appeal a Poltava Regional Economic Court decision of June 17 that invalidated its license to develop the Zagoryanske deposit. This follows the company’s announcement on August 13, that the Kharkiv Appellate Administrative Court issued an identical ruling regarding its rights to appeal the Poltava court’s ruling about its Pirkovskoe licence (see our news of August 14).
