Bohdan Starts Serial Production of Trolley Buses

Bohdan Corporation, which includes the Bohdan Automobile Plant (LUAZ: N/R) and Cherkasy Bus, began production of E-231 trolley buses, which can transport up to 153 passengers each according to the daily Kommersant. The holding’s Lutsk plant has the capacity to make up to 100 trolley buses per year. The Lutsk City Council has already announced plans to acquire six Bohdan trolley buses and several large buses by the end of the year. Two Bohdan trolley buses are already in use in Kyiv.
