Kyivmedpreparat EGM to consider 2x charter fund increase

At their EGM on September 30, Kyivmedpreparat (KMED: N/R) shareholders will consider increasing the company’s charter fund by almost twofold or USD 20.6 mln to USD 41.2 mln via an additional share issue. The company plans to issue 4 mln shares at par, USD 5.2 per share. Subscription is planned to be held from December 9 to 25, 2008.
