XXI Century’s announces exercise price of warrants

On Friday, XXI Century (XXIC LN: BUY) announced the exercise price for its warrants attached to its USD 150 mln Eurobond issue (due 2011) is 1056 pence per ordinary share as determined by the Bank of New York. The company issued 1,500 warrants, each warrant giving the right to subscribe for 4,000 ordinary shares of the company. The warrants can be exercised from August 26, 2008 to May 23, 2011.
