Aisi Realty announces its 1H08 financials

Aisi Realty (AISI LN: N/R) yesterday reported its unaudited 1H08 financials: net income of USD 26.2 mln vs. a net loss of USD 0.3 mln in 1H07; net assets were USD 142.5 mln (+93% YTD); and the value of its investment portfolio was USD 89.9 mln (+59% YTD). Alexander Romanov: Aisi’s net income comes from portfolio revaluation gain as the company does not possess completed income generating property yet.
