Banking Sector Profits Up 70% in 7M07

According to the National Bank, profits for the Ukrainian banking sector climbed 70% yoy in July to USD 752 mln. Bank revenues also increased 59.4% yoy to USD 6.8 bln and assets grew 35% yoy to USD 90.9 bln over the same period.
