PrikarpatOblenergo Holds AGM.

PrikarpatOblenergo’s (PREN: BUY) shareholders managed to reach a 60% quorum needed to hold an AGM. At the meeting, the head of the company’s supervisory board, Alexander Sagura, and CEO Alexander Buben were re-elected. Buben was re-elected for three years. Alexander Paraschiy: PREN is the only Oblenergo involved in the conflict between Privat and Energy Standard which has held AGM without the conflicting parties. Both of PREN’s re-elected managers are associated with the Privat/Surkis business alliance.
