Dniproenergo retrieves shareholder register

Dniproenergo (DNEN: BUY) said in a press-release yesterday that its shareholder register was in the possession of Prominvestbank, the company’s current registrar. On June 13, Ukraine’s Securities & Exchange Commission announced that Dniproenergo’s shareholder register was lost and couldn’t be retrieved by the company’s previous registrar Ukrnaftogaz (see our news & commentary of June 16).
