Azarov Ally Tipped to Return as Tax Chief.

The newspaper Delo, quoting Regions party MPs, wrote that Fedor Yaroshenko, who headed the State Tax Administration in 2002-2003, will most likely return to the job. Yaroshenko is a close ally of the new first deputy prime minister, Nikolai Azarov. Tom Warner: Yaroshenko, if he is appointed, would reduce pressure on big business groups, especially those closely allied to Yanukovich.
