New Court Decision in the Kyivstar Conflict

New Court Decision in the Kyivstar Conflict

8 August 2008

Last week the High Economic Court supported the decision of the Kyiv Appellate Court which banned Kyivstar from disclosuring its financial results and holding an audit. Alexander Paraschiy: Because of this ban Telenor with a 56.5% stake in Kyivstar cannot consolidate the Ukrainian operator’s financials in its financial reports. It looks like Telenor and Storm will have to solve their conflict outside the courts.
