Alfa Bank Ukraine completes Eurobond placement for USD 250 mln

Alfa Bank Ukraine announced yesterday it completed placement of USD 250 mln Eurobonds. The tenor of the Eurobonds is three years with a put option after one year, coupon is 12%. Credit Suisse and HSBC led manage the issue. Last week Moody’s Investors Service announced it has assigned the bonds a long-term foreign currency rating of Ba3.
